Explore our expertise in the design and installation of two semi-automated production lines dedicated to medical diagnostic consumables. Each of these lines, comprising around ten stations, is operated by highly qualified personnel in a state-of-the-art environment.

The robotic cell integrates an Epson SCARA robot with a punching module capable of accumulating and ejecting waste. The robot performs 120 punches on 12 cards in a secure station adapted to a controlled environment.

Perhaps the biggest project we worked on was the design, production and installation of an accumulation line to automate the palletizing of chocolate boxes. The project took 1 year to complete and presented a number of technical and engineering challenges.

We have designed and manufactured a specialized machine capable of performing high-temperature cycling tests. This machine is designed to reach operating temperatures up to 121°C (250°F) and operates at variable speeds ranging from 0 to 15 Hz, providing great flexibility to meet the client’s needs.

Four workstations designed for glue application, connector assembly, inspection, and UV curing of optical fibers. These stations combine machined parts, cameras, and advanced technological modules.

FX-DX was commissioned to design an improved version of a fiber optic processing unit that no longer met current performance criteria.

Initially, the idea was to make physical modifications to the system, but as we looked at the customer’s process, we realized that it was possible to simplify a few steps and make it more efficient.

Acrylic panels, sandwiched between metal arches, form an elegant transparent roof above the stairs leading to the building, providing both aesthetics and protection.
