As part of a project completed in 2024, we were tasked with optimizing the efficiency, throughput, and ergonomics of key workstations on a production line, representing bottlenecks.
Processes such as glue application, UV curing, camera inspection, and plasma surface treatment are essential in the optical fiber industry but require well-designed workstations to ensure their control.
Thanks to our custom workstations, the client achieved their production objectives. Operators also expressed satisfaction, as the new workstations eliminated pain related to inadequate handling and postures.
