Virtual reality proof of concept

Identify problems early. Avoid costly surprises. Speed up your decisions.

Our 3-step approach

1

Send your CAD files

You send us your 3D models (STEP/SolidWorks/etc.). We prepare and optimize the files, then integrate them into a VR/AR environment—either a neutral room or a representation of your facilities. The result: a much more concrete concept review than a screen, with a real perception of dimensions and space.
2

Walk through your concept, life-size

We rent and ship a VR/AR headset to you for the desired duration (e.g., 1–2 weeks), either locally or internationally, even directly to your end customer. You put on the headset and view the project on a 1:1 scale: you can walk around it, check clearances, analyze the assembly, and validate access to components.
3

Detect problems before manufacturing

Even when a design is deemed “ready,” issues often arise later on: missing holes, incorrect patterns, interference, hard-to-reach maintenance points, unrealistic assembly sequences, etc. VR/AR validation highlights these issues early on, when corrections are quick and easy to make—reducing rework in manufacturing and speeding up commissioning.

What you receive

  • A VR/AR headset for rent, ready to use for the desired period (e.g., 1–2 weeks)

  • Your integrated and optimized CAD project, viewable at 1:1 scale in a simple environment or at your facilities

  • A rugged carrying case with accessories and a quick start guide

  • A standalone experience, no complex setup required: just put on the headset and review with your team

Collaborative visualization

Before investing in manufacturing, assembly, or commissioning, we enable you to validate your concept in virtual/augmented reality, at full scale and as a team. Using your CAD files, we prepare an immersive experience that makes the challenges concrete: access, clearances, integration, maintenance, and assembly sequences — without having to move everyone to the site.

This platform is ideal for:

  • Conducting a design review (engineering, operations, maintenance) and making decisions faster.

  • Validating the integration of equipment into your facilities: footprint, clearances, traffic flow, work areas.

  • Presenting a concept to a client or internal team clearly, at full scale.

Key features

  • Displaying 3D models at a 1:1 scale.

  • Collaborative mode for team reviews, on-site or remotely.

  • Review tools: measurements, viewpoints, access validation, and sequence validation (assembly, maintenance, operations).

Use cases

  • Workstation review: ergonomics, access, safety before fabrication.

  • Robotic cell validation: clearances, interferences, integration within the plant.

  • Concept presentation to a client: rapid alignment and concrete feedback before approval.

This platform is our technological foundation for VR/AR concept validation. It helps you identify issues earlier, reduce rework in the shop, and accelerate the transition to production.

Questions Fréquentes

Does my team need training to use the headset?

No. The headset is ready to use and comes with a quick start guide. People usually get the hang of it in a few minutes.

How long does it take to convert our CAD files into a VR/AR experience?

It depends on the size and complexity of the model. Once we receive the files, we will give you a clear deadline. For most projects, it's quick: we prepare the files, validate the scale, and load everything into the VR/AR environment.

What exactly can be validated in VR/AR?

The 1:1 scale, clearances, access to components, maintainability, ergonomics, interference, assembly, and integration into your facilities (or into a neutral room). This is a concrete design review, not just a simple presentation on screen.

Can you ship the helmet elsewhere (website, branch, end customer)?

Yes. We can ship the headset to the address of your choice, including internationally. The rental is for the desired duration (e.g., 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.), then you return it in its case.

What do we need to send you to get started?

Ideally: your CAD files (STEP, SolidWorks, etc.), a “simplified” version if available, and your review objectives (e.g., maintenance access, factory integration, ergonomics). If you have photos or a layout plan, we can also recreate an environment close to reality.
