Automated inspection - Machine vision system

Design of smart camera inspection systems to detect and classify defects, even random ones, on bottles, extruded parts, or assemblies. We first conduct a feasibility study on a test bench to validate detection, reliability, and profitability in order to de-risk the project before investing in a complete solution.

Specialized workstations and copy-paste machines

In your operations, certain assembly, inspection, or manufacturing tasks require customized workstations. We take the time to understand your process, your field constraints, and your objectives (ergonomics, pace, quality, health and safety) in order to design and manufacture specialized workstations that easily integrate into your production.

Sometimes a workstation evolves at the same pace as your R&D. Over time, modifications accumulate, some of which are no longer documented, and the workstation becomes less suitable, less efficient, or less safe. This is where we come in with an “enhanced copy-paste” approach: we start from your existing base, integrate all the modifications made since the beginning, and then upgrade the station (ergonomics, maintenance access, use, reliability, and pace). The result: a machine aligned with your current needs, without starting from scratch and without deviating from the process you have already validated.

Robotized solutions
